Export Terms & Conditions
As our export business grows we require the following documentation for all sale transactions

For ZERO VAT we require a valid VAT number for your business. This will be checked

A proof of photographic identification - passport scan

All goods to be paid and cleared funds before loading/delivery

CMR to be completed, stamped and signed for all goods leaving Farm&Garden Ltd

12 Months Warranty
All Farm Machinery sold by Farm & Garden LTD have 12 months warranty.
Return for free in 30 days
You simply bought it, you simply return
If a purchased machinery or product is not 100% satisfied, you can return it for free within 30 calendar days of delivery / lifting
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, or to return a machinery or to renounce a Service, within 30 calendar days without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than the delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the return period of a Good or a waiver of a Service expires within 30 days from the day on which the Buyer enters the physical possession of the machine or product.
If the product is returned and the payment method was bank transfer, the money is returned by bank transfer, and not in cash.
